Viber
Going forward, Viber will not send 'delivered' and 'seen' callbacks for auto-reply messages. This will reduce the server load by minimizing the number of callbacks that need to be processed. However, Viber will still send one 'Sent' callback when an auto-reply message (default or custom) is sent to a customer. This ensures that businesses can still monitor users trying to engage with them.
Viber is an instant messaging app that facilitates interaction with our bot through the Yellow.ai platform.
Viber channel assists businesses in sending campaigns, providing customer support to their clients and partners, and promoting their products and services to a larger audience.

- If the intent does not match, the bot should be able to respond with a fallback message.
If a flow is configured for agent reply using the raise ticket node to start a conversation with an agent, it initiates a conversation with the agent. Once a conversation is initiated, the user can talk to the agent.
To view the entire conversation between the live agent and user, navigate to the Inbox module in the platform and select Bot messages in the My Chats section.
