Messaging Channels

Messaging channels is a medium through which you can communicate via messages with your users from any device and location. Messaging channels allow businesses to communicate with their customers, colleagues, and partners. It is also used to automate customer service inquiries, instant messaging, and voice calls.

Messaging consists of channels such as email, SMS, Slack, WhatsApp messenger, Instagram, and so on. Each of these channels has its unique characteristics and advantages. For example, email allows users to send longer messages with attachments, while SMS allows for quick and convenient communication.
