Inbox
1. Chat and email drafts for seamless navigation across chats, tabs, and product
Agents can now draft messages that are automatically saved. The drafts will be available until the end of the user session. Note that drafts are limited to 5 MB of storage and are not supported in different web browsers or incognito mode.
2. Shopee product card support for agents to quickly view product info
With this new feature, agents will now have the ability to view the product details shared by customers directly within our support platform. This enhancement enables agents to quickly access and review specific product information, allowing for more efficient and accurate customer support.
Inbox for Mobile (Partner app)
1. Filter chats by Status in the archived tab (both Android and iOS)
This feature lets users easily access specific chat statuses such as queues and missed chats within the archived section, providing better organization and quick access to relevant conversations.
2. Introducing Bahasa for mobile app

1. Consistent data masking in custom datasets for better data protetcion
The Data Explorer page now eliminates masked columns in Studio tables as part of an improvement that promotes uniform data masking in the data environment (DE).
This enhancement guarantees consistent data privacy and security by extending the masking capability from studio tables to custom datasets. With this advancement, organizations can maintain standardized data protection across their data pipeline, effectively safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access.
2. Enhanced WhatsApp Consumption Widget with additional categories for improved user interaction and engagement
The overview page's WhatsApp Consumption Widget is improved to incorporate additional categories, thereby offering a more thorough understanding of user interactions and engagement.
3. Inbox Call records table in Data Explorer for call analysis
A new table, Inbox Call Records, has been added to Data Explorer, providing valuable data for analyzing the details of calls between inbox agents and end users.
Channels
1. New Whatsapp Policy by Meta
WhatsApp has introduced a new pricing policy for the messages that are delivered through its business platform and APIs based on the conversation initiator (user-initiated or business-initiated) and category.
The new WhatsApp pricing model is based on 24-hour conversation sessions, while the older model is based on the number of template messages sent outside the user window.
Chat Widget
1. Attachment validation to accept only supported file formats
The chat widget provides an option to allow or block specific file formats for users to upload documents, images, and other files.
2. Image support in callout banners
This feature will make your banners more visually appealing and eye-catching optimizing it for marketing purposes.
3. Single select transaction card
Similar to MSTC (Multi-select transaction card) with the same set of functionalities, the SSTC card has been implemented in the chat widget, to allow the user to select only one option in the card.
4. Customizable scroll behaviour in Chat widget
By default, the chatbot on the platform automatically scrolls to the bottom when a new message is received from an agent. However, the platform now allows users to customize the scroll behavior. This can be done by accessing the Settings page of the chat widget and selecting options such as top, bottom, or off.
5. Preview PWA bot
On the yellow.ai platform, you have the option to preview your PWA bot directly within the platform itself. Alternatively, you can share the live PWA bot link directly with your users or embed it on your website.
6. Flexibility to place the bot anywhere on the website
You can now move the bot icon horizontally and place it anywhere on the screen.
Integrations
1. Multi-account support
Yellow.ai has introduced support for multi-account integration, allowing you to connect multiple merchant accounts to your platform. This means that if you have multiple merchant accounts of a specific integration, you can now link them with your Yellow.ai platform. Currently, there is a limit of five accounts per integration.
2. Additional events in Shopify
In Shopify, the following events have been implemented to ensure that users can purchase the items they have added to their shopping cart.
