We have also provided support for up to 1000 pages per document and 50 MB file sizes.
2. Added debugging & root cause analysis(RCA) for faster issue resolution in Dynamic Chat Node
Easily identify the causes of failure/timeout messages using tags. If the tags are related to APIs or the LLM vendor, kindly contact the respective third-party vendor or check their status for support. For bot-level tags, manage the configurations within your node. If the tags are platform-level, please reach out to us for assistance.
3. NLP Orchestrator on cloud for efficient scalability
With the latest enhancement, the Orchestrator feature now utilizes NLP to efficiently route incoming chat requests to the relevant child bot, based on its trained NLP capabilities.

We have implemented new WhatsApp template statuses - "1st Pause" and "2nd Pause." With these updates, you will receive timely alerts whenever users report an active WhatsApp template as low quality or spam. As a proactive measure to maintain template quality, any reported template will be automatically blocked to prevent further complaints. You can update the template to seamlessly continue using it in your campaigns.
