Create chatbot
This guide will walk you through the process of creating a chattbot on the Yellow.ai platform.
To create a chatbot, follow these steps:
Go to the Overview page > click the bot drop-down > + Create bot.
Define the following details and click Create bot.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Bot subscription | Choose the subscription under which you want to create your bot. |
| Bot type | Select the type of the bot as Chatbot. |
| Bot name | Enter the name of your bot. |
| Choose avatar | Select an animated avatar to represent your bot. |
| Industry | Choose the industry to which your bot belongs. |
| Region | Choose the country to which your bot belongs |
| Add live char support to your bot | Enable this checkbox if you want to connect your users with a live agent for support. |
Once your bot is created, you will be redirected to the Overview page. Here, you can configure your newly created chatbot according to your requirements
