Clone existing Flow campaigns

To maximize the potential of your existing flows for different use cases, you can replicate a flow and modify necessary steps as required. With this, you can take your successful workflows and customize them to fit various scenarios. This saves time and effort, allowing you to create personalized conversational experiences for different user interactions, all without having to start from scratch.

To duplicate an existing flow campaign:

1. On the Flows page, navigate to the desired flow you wish to duplicate.

2. Click on the More options icon > Duplicate.

   

3. Enter a name for the campaign.

   

4. Click on the duplicated campaign to make any necessary changes.
