Clone Existing Flow Campaigns

You can duplicate an existing flow to adapt it for different use cases without starting over. This allows you to leverage successful workflows and customize them for various scenarios. Cloning saves time and effort, enabling you to create personalized conversational experiences for different user interactions efficiently.

To duplicate an existing flow campaign:

1. On the Flows page, navigate to the flow you want to duplicate.

2. Click the More options icon (...) > Duplicate.

   

3. Enter a name for the campaign.

   

4. Click the duplicated campaign to make any necessary changes.
