To access the Yellow.ai Cloud Platform, sign in using the method you chose during account creation. We support multiple authentication methods, including Google SSO, custom OAuth providers, and Yellow.ai credentials.

Sign in with your preferred method
Open the Yellow.ai Cloud Platform and login using your preferred method:
Method 1: Sign in with Google
Use this option if your organization is integrated with Google for Single Sign-On (SSO). It allows for a quick and secure login using your Google account.

Method 2: Sign in with OAuth
Choose this method if your organization has set up OAuth for authentication with Yellow.ai. It provides a secure way to log in through your organization's OAuth provider.
Refer to OAuth setup instructions to configure this method.
Method 3: Sign in with Yellow.ai credentials
If you registered by setting up a username and password manually, you can log in by entering those credentials directly.

- If you enter incorrect credentials three times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.

1. Your landing page
Yellow.ai’s platform and AI agents require a stable internet connection to function properly. If your connection is weak or unstable, you may see a "Connecting" message on the screen, and the platform or AI agent may not load as expected.

Use Quick Links to open your frequently used modules and actions fast.
Change AI Agent

On the landing page, use the drop-down option next to the AI Agent name to view and switch between different AI Agents in your subscription.

You can also use the AI Agent switcher at the bottom left of any page to switch between AI Agents in your subscription.
Switch environments
Switch between Sandbox, Staging, Production, Live, and Development environments to build, test, and deploy your AI Agents.
Platform notifications
See alerts for module updates, AI Agent invites, and system messages. Click the Notifications icon.
Connect channels
Integrate your AI Agent with multiple channels to reach your customers where they are.

Keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts help you work faster by giving you quick access to common actions and reducing repetitive clicks. Use them to navigate the platform more efficiently.
Shortcuts are grouped based on where they apply:
- Global – Available across all modules within cloud.yellow.ai, no matter where you are.
- Automation – Specific to the Automation module, helping you move faster while building or managing workflows.

3. Use search to find what you need
AI agent & subscription search
Search AI Agents by subscription ID, name, and AI Agent ID. Also , or recently accessed AI Agents (up to 3). See AI Agents you have access to, recently accessed AI Agents (up to 3), and pending invites.

Access the Help section for documentation, community forums, or instant support from MIA.

5. Manage user & access
Add users
Share AI agent with your team and assign roles and permissions. Only admins or super admins can add/remove access.

You cannot delete your account on your own using the cloud platform. To request account deletion, please contact our support team at [email protected].
