Account Setup and Subscription

To use, you need to have an account with us. This article will help you in setting up and upgrading your account.

1. Signup to

Once you sign up, your account will be on a free trial for 21 days. In this free trial you can try all the features in our platform and analyse what would work best for your business before you opt for a paid account.

  2. Select your preferred mode of signup.
  3. Fill in the fields and click Signup.
  • You can signup only with an official email address, personal email addresses will not be validated. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us.
  • Choose your country code while providing your contact number.
  1. You will receive the verification link in your registered email address. Click Verify Email. You will be taken to your account.

This link is valid for 24 hours.

  1. In the following screen, select your business usecase and click Next.
  1. Choose your level of familiarity with bots and click Next.
  1. Fill in your personal details and click Get Started.

In the following page, you can choose to either create a bot from scratch, or choose one of the predefined bot templates.

2. Account Upgrade

Your account can be upgraded before or after your trial periods ends.

2.1 To upgrade before the trial period

  1. Click the Free button on the top left corner.
  1. Click the Schedule now button in the following pop-up to have a 1:1 with our product consultants who will help you choose a plan that suits your business.

2.2 To upgrade after the trial period

Once your trial ends, you will see this pop-up in your account.


Click the Schedule call button to have a 1:1 with our product consultants who will help you choose a plan that suits your business.

Once you click the Schedule Now/ Schedule call buttons, the Calendly pop-up gets displayed, where you can choose the date, time and the time zone that works for you.

In the following screen, fill in all the fields and click Schedule Event.

3. Subscription

A default subscription with basic plan (T0) is created for every new user signing up on the platform.

For employees signing up on for the first time, can create their own subscription or is provided a training subscription where they can create a bot and explore the platform.

Number of bots per subscription

Initially all subscriptions are allowed to create a single bot but if needed, we can upgrade the account to create more bots within the same subscription. Please reach out to [email protected] for more details.

Subscription is used by the account team to maintain billing details, users can have more than one subscription but its suggested that one company or organisation creates only one subscription and gets it upgraded via sales if required.

Upgrade Subscription and Tier details

In your subscription, you will initially have Basic subscription (T0), for accessing other premium features, you need to upgrade your subscription. To upgrade your subscription reach out to [email protected] . Here is a list below which shows all the tiers and features available.

Manage Subscription

Whenever another platform user shares bot access with you to collaborate, you have to first accept the invite and then switch to their subscription to access their bot.

  1. To switch your subscription, go to your Profile and click on Billing.

  2. Against their subscription, click on the Switch button.

  1. Now go back to projects and you should be able to see the bot shared with you.
