Discovery in Nexus

What shipped

From the Nexus panel you can now analyse your customers' conversations and turn what you find into AI agents. Upload an export of conversations (CSV, Excel, or a zip of text files), or point Nexus at your AI agent's own recent conversations. Nexus tells you why customers get in touch, what goes unresolved, and what to automate first, with a full report. It then builds draft agents for the opportunities you pick. Large files run in the background, with progress shown in the panel.

Who it's for

Admins and conversation designers deciding what to automate next, and anyone preparing a new project from a contact centre's transcripts.

How to use

  1. Open Nexus and attach your export, or ask about your agent's own conversations, for example "what do people come to my agent for? Look at the last 7 days".
  2. Nexus lists the file's columns and says which ones are analysed. Tell it what to mask before anything is analysed, as patterns or in words ("member ids look like MBR and 8 digits"). Emails, phone numbers, long numbers, dates and spelled-out names are masked by default.
  3. Nexus proposes the reasons customers get in touch. Confirm the list or change it ("merge billing and payments").
  4. The analysis runs. A small file takes about a minute; a large one runs in the background and the panel shows how far it has got.
  5. Read the ranked opportunities and open the full report. Where knowledge mining is switched on, Nexus also drafts knowledge-base articles and lists where agents gave customers different answers, to settle before an AI agent uses them.
  6. Ask Nexus to build an opportunity. It creates a draft agent with its trigger and instructions, and lists what it still needs, such as the APIs it would call.
